This holiday center is ideally located in a calm and relaxing area in the heart of the Bagnères-de-Bigorre valley, close to the Grand Tourmalet-Pic du Midi ski resort and highly attractive touristic area.

We offer a holiday center in activity of 1800 m², with a capacity of 144 beds, located in an incredible natural setting near the resort Grand-Tourmalet - Pic du Midi, the Pic du Midi but also the spa of Bagnères-de-Bigorre, Payolle Lake and the mythical passes of the Tour de France (Tourmalet and Aspin).

This property includes:

- A first building consisting of a reception with bar/friendly space, two dining rooms, a professional kitchen, a large seminar/reception room (divisible into 3 smaller rooms by a vental system), sanitary facilities, various storage rooms, boiler room (gas) and laundry.

- A second building for collective reception offers a capacity of 125 beds on 3 levels. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom and attached toilet.
A private apartment of 90m² with garage is located at the end of the building.

- A third building on two levels offers a capacity of 19 beds with public toilets (but a block men and a block women). On the ground floor is a disco with bar and music equipment.

-  A staff apartment of about 100 m² with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room with fireplace.

This property is currently positioned on the reception of snow classes/ green classes (who take place during summer time) and the reception of groups.
